  It's a great location, right in the middle of Banff Ave. Everything is very close. Shopping, candy store, resturatants, bars - perfect location if you are looking into staying

  I did not like how there were no fridges in the rooms - could use a modern update, harder beds as you literally sunk in the mattress and it formed around you - 0 for support.

  İt was nice that we took our pet and rooms - beds was comfortable ..

  Their telephone was not working- no signal and I booked with breakfast but they told breakfast was not included if we book through youhey told ...When we asked till when we can get breakfast and reception told till 10.30 but when we arrive to restaurant next morning before 10.00 am , open buffet finished already . İt was not nice.

  The location was excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. It's an old building with lots of charm.

  The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced....it was pretty gross.

  Location of the hotel is excellent. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable.

  Some of the staff seemed not to be friendly and knowledgeable about how to talk and treat guests

  The location was excellent, close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and sightseeing. Parking was convenient, free and accessible to bringing your luggage into the hotel. We also used the laundry facilities which were close to our room and wonderful to have after spending several days on the road and hiking in the Columbia Icefields.

  We enjoyed our trip and Mount Royal was a great place to stay. It was real quaint, and the location was the best. We had booked 2 nights and decided to stay a 3rd night and the staff was very good in helping us book the 3rd night. Thanks

  The Mount Royal Hotel was centrally located and fair value for money.

  The restaurant was franchised out so when we had a poor experience at meal time the hotel didn't respond

  Staff very helpful. Location was great for downtown business. Room was quiet.

  Location was congested with people. Large urban facility needed more internet capability.Breakfast was very expensive if you were on your own, and not even guaranteed if you were not with a tour group.

  it was very centrally placed for shops and restaurants and visiting the local scenic attractions

  slightly noisy with people getting up early, but to be expected with a big hotel with tour parties
